The world*s most beautiful, drivable, beaches are within seven miles. Disney World is only 60 miles and Kennedy Space Center is only 50 miles. Golf and great seafood are readily available. The Best Western Edgewater Inn is three and half miles east of Interstate 95 (Exit 244) and face U. We offer Jacuzzi rooms, a pool and physically challenged rooms are available. A covered entryway leads to a beautiful lobby where we will be happy to provide one of our 45 beautifully-appointed rooms for you. Each room has high-speed Internet connection, cable television, phone, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. There is a plentiful continental breakfast buffet every morning from 0600 to 0930. The area offers deep-sea fishing, kayak and canoe rentals and manatee cruises. There is a public dock half mile away where you can drop in a line, a tennis court within four miles, or take a nap on the beach, get a tan and feed the seagulls. Turtle watches are offered at Canaveral National Seashore in June and July. You can also visit historic Turtle Mound where Timucuan Indians lived 14,000 years ago.
